How to Return
1. Email us at orders@bonoloonline.co.za with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will provide a return reference number and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Send the item back using the provided shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3ā7 business days for the refund to reflect.
